AAST participates in Egypt's First Robotics Competition
The
Arab Academy for Science and Technology (AAST)
is preparing a team for participating in the first national Egyptian
Robotics competition , RoboComp 2002 . The Competition will take place
in Cairo, Egypt, April 2002. The Egyptian Radio and
Television Union (ERTU) is covering the event.
The winners from this contest will represent Egypt in the International RoboCon 2002 competition in Japan.
The AAST team, supervised by Dr. Ossama Ismail and eng. Sherif E. Hegazy is putting the final touches on their robot and preparing for the main event.
